September 2, 2022 while on duty I was unfortunately rear ended and was taken to the hospital. Thankfully I was okay but did need physical therapy and missed work. I was referred to Comras & Comras Firm by a work acquaintance to assist me in obtaining financial compensation for the injuries I did sustain. From the very first conversation with Attorney David Comras I felt comfortable. Mr. Comras was very professional, honest, and straightforward about what he could and could not do for me and my incident and at the same time reassured me he’d do everything possible that was able to be done. Even with the horrible insurance the other party had, Mr. Comras was able to get me an excellent settlement!! He was also able to get an excellent settlement with my workers compensation situation!! The entire ordeal went for a little over one year but that was due to the resistance of the other party. Even with the resistance that was encountered, Mr. Comras never stopped diligently working for me and SUCCEEDED!!!
