Founder & Managing Partner

David Comras is a seasoned trial attorney known for his work in personal injury litigation, employment law, and criminal defense. A graduate of Emory University and the University of Miami School of Law, he has been recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a Rising Star three years in a row.

Before founding the firm, David worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County and later joined a prominent plaintiffs’ firm in Miami Beach. He has handled cases ranging from catastrophic injury to multi-party tort claims and civil rights violations. His decades of courtroom experience and aggressive case strategy have earned him a reputation as one of South Florida’s most trusted legal advocates.

Victor Comras brings a world-class background in diplomacy, international trade law, and sanctions compliance to the firm. A former U.S. envoy and senior diplomat, he has served under multiple presidential administrations and was appointed by the United Nations to oversee global counter-terrorism sanctions programs.



Victor holds degrees from Georgetown, the University of Florida School of Law, and a Master of Laws from Harvard. He is a globally recognized authority on international sanctions, export controls, and terrorism financing, and continues to consult with regulatory agencies and multinational institutions. His insight is a powerful asset in complex litigation and regulatory matters.
